WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All GELA kits are final sale due to COVID and the nature of our products.

We do not issue refunds for incorrect sizing. 

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

When you place an order with us you'll get a confirmation email immediately.

Since our nails are not mass-produced and our entire collection of nails are hand-painted, sets are created as orders come in. Your GELA kit may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to ship. Once it does, you will receive your tracking number by email.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by Credit, Debit, and PayPal.
We do not accept cheques, money orders, or e-transfers.

WHERE WE SHIP TO

Currently, we ship within Canada and to the United States of America.

PRIVACY POLICY

Here at GELA, we ensure to all of our customers that your privacy is protected and any information given to us will be used exclusively to package your order, ship your order, and get in contact with you. Nothing less, nothing more. If there are any breaches, all current and previous customers will be notified by email.

TERMS OF USE

GELA Nails owns all content on this website. If any photos, logos, or themes are shared, there must also be a link to www.shopgelanails.ca and credit to @shopgelanails Instagram page.
 

We do not condone the abuse of discount codes. Discount codes should be used fairly and justly.


Any detection of fraudulent behaviour will result in termination of service.
 

All GELA kits go through a final quality check before getting shipped, GELA is not responsible for lost and/ or damaged packages induced by mail carriers. If there is an issue with the quality of your set, get in contact with us.
